የአዕምሯችን ሀይል በመጠቀም ጤናችንን ለመጠበቅ የሚረዱ ስልtochi የአዕምሯችን ሀይል በመጠቀም ጤናችንን ለመጠበቅ የሚረዱ ስልቶች… አዕምሯችን የሚያስበው እና ሰውነታችን የሚሰማን ነገር የቀጥታ ግንኙነት አላቸው። በመሆኑም ስነ ልቦናዊ ጫናዎችን ለማቃለል የሰውነታችን እንቅስቃሴ ወሳኝ ፋይዳ አለው። አዕምሯችን በመጠቀምም የሰውነታችን ጤና ማጎልበት እንችላለን። በአጭሩ አተያያችን መቀየር እና አዕምሯችንን የተቆጣጠሩ መጥፎ ሀሳቦች ማስወገድ መልካም የሰውነት አቋም እንድናለበስ እና አጠቃላይ ጤናችንን ለመጠበቅ ይረዳል። ምንም እንኳን አዎንታዊ አስተሳሰብ ሁሉንም ችግር መፍታት ባይችልም ጤናማ አስተሳሰብ ለጤናማ ሰውነት ዋነኛው ግብአት ነው። ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩት ሰባት ስልቶችም አዕምሯችን በመጠቀም የሰውነታችን ጤና ለመጠበቅ ይረዳሉ ተብሏል። 1. የምንወስዳቸው ህክምናዎች ውጤታማ እንደሚሆኑ መተማመን በርካታ ጥናቶች እንደሚያመለክቱት ለተለያዩ የህክምና አገልግሎቶች ውጤታማነት ታካሚው በሚሰጠው ህክምና ላይ ያለው መተማመን ከፍተኛ ድርሻ ይይዛል። ከባድ የራስ ምታት አሞን አንድ ሰው “ይሄ መድሃኒት ያድንሃል” ካለን እና እኛም እንደሚያድነን በሙሉ እምነት ከተማመንበት ምንም እንኳን መድሃኒቱ ከስኳር ብቻ የተሰራ ቢሆንም ያድነናል። ጉልበታችን አሞንም በባህላዊ መንገድም ይሁን በህክምና ተቋማት እየታሸን እያደረግናቸው ያሉት ህክምናዎች ፈውስ ይሆኑናል ወይም አያድኑንም በሚል ለአዕምሯችን የምንነግረው ነገር ከህክምናዎቹ በተሻለ በአጭሩ ለማገገም እንደሚረዳ ነው የሚነገረው። 2. ከመኝታ በፊት የምስጋና ማስታወሻዎችን መፃፍ ለመልካም እንቅልፍ የእንቅልፍ ማጣት የሚያስቸግራችሁ ከሆነ የምስጋና ማስታወሻ መፃፍ ሁነኛ መፍትሄ ነው ተብሏል። የተለያዩ ጥናቶች አመስጋኝነት እና ጥሩ እንቅልፍ ግንኙነት እንዳላቸው አሳይተዋል። ከመኝታ በፊት ልናመሰግናቸው ስለምንፈልጋቸው ሰዎች መፃፍ በተለይም በእንቅልፍ ማጣት ለሚንገላቱ ሰዎች ጥሩ ዘዴ መሆኑ ተገልጿል። 3. የመኖራችን ትርጉም ላይ ትኩረት ማድረግ በህይወት መኖራችን ትርጉም ያለው መሆኑን መረዳት ረጅም እድሜ የመኖር እድላችን ያሰፋል። ትርጉም ያለው ህይወት እየመሩ መሆኑን የሚተማመኑ ሰዎች የህይወት ዘመናቸው ጤናማ እና ረጅም እንደሚሆንም ጥናቶች ያመለክታሉ። ሁል ጊዜ ጠዋት ጠዋት ከአልጋችን እንደምንነሳበት ስሜት ሁሉ የመኖራችን ትርጉሙ ምንድን ነው ብለን ራሳችን ጠይቀን የምናገኘው ምላሽ ለስኬታማ እና ረጅም ህይወት ወሳኝ ነው ተብሏል። 4. ተስፈኛ መሆን በሽታ የመከላከል አቅምን ያሳድጋል መጪውን ተስፋ የሚያደርጉ ሰዎች በበሽታ የመጠቃት እድላቸው አነስተኛ መሆኑ ይነገራል። በርካታ ተመራማሪዎች ለአስርት አመታት ባደረጉት ጥናት ተስፈኛ ሰዎች በሽታን የመከላከል አቅማቸው ከፍተኛ መሆኑን ደርሰንበታል ብለዋል። ለዚህም ነገ ጥሩ ይሆናል ብለው የሚያስቡ ሰዎች ጤንነታቸውን ለመጠበቅ ጥረት ያደርጋሉ የሚለውን በምክንያትነት አስቀምጠዋል። ነገር ግን በቅርብ የተደረጉ ጥናቶች ብሩህ አስተሳሰብ በራሱ በሽታ የመከላከል አቅምን በማሳደግ ረገድ አስተዋፅኦው ከፍ ያለ መሆኑን አሳይተዋል። 5. ተመስጦ ጭንቀት በሰውነታችን ላይ የሚያደርሰውን ችግር ለመከላከል ተመስጦ(ሚዴሽን) ይመከራል። ተመስጦ በጭንቀት የተነሳ የሚመጣ በሽታን እና ከእድሜ ጋር የተያያዙ ህመሞችን ለመቀነስም ይረዳል። ተመራማሪዎች ህፃናትን በለጋ እድሜያቸው እንዴት ከራሳቸው ጋር መነጋገር (መመሰጥ) እንዳለባቸው ማስተማር እስከ ህይወታቸው ፍፃሜ የሚያስገኝላቸው የጤና በረከት ላቅ ያለ ነው ብለዋል። 6. ስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴ እንዳደረግን በማሰብ ጡንቻችንን ማፈርጠም ምንም አይነት ስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴ ሳናደርግ በአዕምሯችን እንቅስቃሴ እያደረግን መሆኑን በማሰብ ብቻ ጡንቻዎቻችን ማሳደግ እንደምንችል ነው ተመራማሪዎች የሚናገሩት። 7. በመሳቅ የልብ ህመም ተጋላጭነትን መቀነስ ጤናማ ልብ እንዲኖርዎት ደስታን የሚፈጥሩ ነገሮች ላይ ትኩረት አድርጉ ተብሏል። ሳቅ የጭንቀት ሆርሞኖችን ይቀንሳል፤ ጠቃሚ የኮሊስትሮል መጠንንም ይጨምራል። ከዚህም ባለፈ የደም ማመላለሻ ቱቦዎች እብጠትን ይቀንሳል። ሳቅ በርካታ ጥቅሞች እንዳሉት እሙን ነው፤ ምንም አይነት ጉዳት የማያስከትል መሆኑም ሌላኛው አበርክቶው ነው። የአዕምሯችን ታላቅ ሀይል አዕምሯችን ምርጥ ሀብታችን አልያም ሁነኛ ጠላታችን ሊሆን ይችላል። እናም አዕምሯችን አጠቃላይ የሰውነታችንን ጤና ለመጠበቅ እንዴት እንጠቀምበት የሚለውን ከላይ የተዘረዘሩ ነጥቦች ያጢኗቸው። ማንኛውም ሰው የአዕምሮውን ጥንካሬን በልምምድ ማጎልበት ይችላል። ከላይ የጠቀስናቸው ስልቶችም የጤናማ እና ረጅም እድሜ ቁልፍ መሳሪያዎች ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ።
